Can I request specific visuals or themes?
Absolutely. Use the Request Form in your dashboard or email support with the theme, colour palette, and deadline. We review requests when planning future resources and will let you know if a request becomes a full pack.

Account & Access
How do I reset my password?
Go to My Account and click Lost your password?. Enter your account email, then follow the reset link that lands in your inbox. The link expires after 60 minutes, so repeat the process if you wait too long.
How do I update the email on my account?
Sign in, open Account Details, change the email field, and save. We send a confirmation to both the old and new addresses. If you no longer have the original inbox, contact support and we will verify ownership manually.
Can my whole team use one login?
Team access terms are being finalised. Contact support before sharing account access across multiple users or locations.
How do I manage notification preferences?
Inside Account Details you can choose which updates to receive, including new content alerts, seasonal reminders, and billing notices. Billing emails stay enabled, but everything else is optional and can be toggled whenever you like.
What if I cannot sign in even with the correct details?
First clear your browser cache or try an incognito window. If the error persists, reset your password and contact support so access can be checked. Contact support with your email and screenshots and we will restore access within one working day.
How do I permanently delete my account?
Send a message through the contact form requesting deletion. We will confirm ownership and explain any account or access implications before deletion. Deletion is permanent, so download any needed files first.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Charges are processed in GBP, and your bank handles conversion automatically if you bank in another currency.
Do you charge VAT or foreign transaction fees?
UK customers see VAT added at checkout. EU customers are charged VAT based on location unless you enter a valid VAT number. Foreign transaction fees are controlled by your bank, so choose a card that waives them if possible.
How do I update my payment method?

How do I download invoices or receipts?
Head to Orders inside your account dashboard and select the order details you need. Contact support if you need help with receipts or invoices.
Why was my payment declined?
Most declines stem from expired cards, insufficient funds, or bank checks. Update your details or contact support if checkout does not complete.
Can I get a refund on a purchase?
Single-pack purchases are refundable within 14 days if the files have not been downloaded. Premium access refund terms will be confirmed before the new Premium model launches. Contact support with your order number and we will review within two working days.

Media Library & Downloads
What resolutions and formats do you provide?
Every motion ships as 1920×1080 MP4 (H.264) plus a high-bitrate ProRes 422 file for production suites. Still graphics arrive as 4K JPEGs, and slides or social assets come as layered PNGs and editable PowerPoint decks where relevant.
Are the motion backgrounds loop-ready?
Yes. Each animation is built as a seamless loop with matching in and out frames so you can run it endlessly without flicker. Play them on a timeline or through your presentation software’s background layer.
How do I download files from the library?
Open any pack page, click Download MP4, Download ProRes, or Download Pack ZIP. Larger downloads show a progress bar. If your browser blocks pop-ups, allow downloads from churchvisuals.co.uk so the ZIP can begin.
Where can I find files I have already downloaded?
Visit My Downloads to see every file arranged chronologically, or open any product page to re-download the assets you own. Social pack PowerPoints also live inside your product folder on Google Drive if you used our automation scripts.
Can I customise the visuals with text or colour?
Definitely. Add scripture, lyrics, or logos in your presentation or video editor. For colour tweaks, drop the ProRes file into Premiere Pro or After Effects and use Lumetri or Hue/Saturation adjustments. Please keep the visuals within church ministry contexts per the licence.
How large are the files and how can I manage storage?
MP4 files average 80–150 MB, while ProRes versions can reach 1–2 GB. Store master files on an external SSD or shared drive, keep lightweight MP4 copies for Sundays, and delete duplicate ZIP files once you have extracted them.

Which presentation or video tools work best with Church Visuals?
Our files play perfectly in ProPresenter, Resolume, EasyWorship, PowerPoint, Keynote, OBS, Ecamm, and most standard media players. Anything that supports MP4 or ProRes at 1080p will work without extra conversion.
How do I use the files inside ProPresenter, PowerPoint, or Keynote?
In ProPresenter, drag the MP4 into the Media Bin and set it as a background layer or attached media cue. In PowerPoint or Keynote, insert the video, set it to loop until stopped, and send it to the back so your text stays clean.
How are production software uses handled?
Use visuals according to the access and usage terms confirmed for your purchase. Contact support if you have a specific production workflow question.
How do I avoid playback stutter on older hardware?
Use the MP4 versions, preload media before service, and run visuals from an SSD instead of a spinning drive. Keep your output at 1080p and close unused apps. If you must project 4K, render a resized version in advance so your laptop is not scaling live.
Do you offer technical help if something will not play?
Yes. Send us details about your software version, hardware, and which file is causing trouble. We will reply with troubleshooting steps, replacement files if required, or a custom export suited to your setup.

You may overlay lyrics, countdown timers, scripture, or branding, and you can colour-grade or crop footage to fit your format. You may not strip our motion entirely to create a derivative pack for resale or redistribution.
Can I use the media for paid events, conferences, or online courses?
Usage terms for events, courses, and extended uses are being finalised. Contact support before using visuals outside ordinary church screen use.
What am I not allowed to do with Church Visuals media?
You cannot resell, redistribute, upload the raw files to stock sites, share download links publicly, or claim the artwork as your own. Peer-to-peer sharing and AI training on our files are also prohibited.

How do I contact support?
Use the Help widget on any page, email support@churchvisuals.co.uk, or message us on Instagram @churchvisuals. Include your order number or account email so we can jump straight to the fix.
When should I expect a reply?
We reply Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time. Most tickets receive a response within four working hours, and urgent Sunday-morning issues sent with "URGENT" in the subject receive priority triage.
What if my download fails or the link expires?
Open My Downloads and click the file again—links refresh automatically. If your internet connection drops mid-download, pause and resume; packs over 500 MB support resumable transfers. For stubborn cases, ask us for a temporary direct link.
What should I do if a file looks corrupted or glitchy?
Redownload the file to rule out a partial transfer, then test both MP4 and ProRes versions. If the glitch remains, send us the file name, timestamp of the issue, and a screenshot so we can repair or replace the asset straightaway.
How do I report a missing, duplicated, or incorrect file?
Email support with the pack name and the issue you spotted. We update the library within 24 hours and credit your account with a bonus pack for helping us keep the catalogue spotless.
