Church Visuals is based in the United Kingdom and some credit cards do not allow purchases outside of their country of origin.
We recommend calling your bank to identify the problem. They can quickly analyse your payment request and see why the purchase was declined. Once they give you the green light, you are welcome to try making the purchase again.
If your payment fails, please ensure that your payment details are correct and that you have sufficient funds or credit available. You can try the payment again by navigating to the "Payment" or "Checkout" section and following the prompts to complete the transaction. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.

Church Visuals subscription renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.

Subscriptions
To upgrade your subscription just sign in to your account, click the “Upgrade” link near the top of the screen and choose a new subscription to purchase.
For paid subscriptions, you will be billed on a monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial purchase and continues monthly thereafter unless you cancel your subscription.
To view your subscription details, log in to your Church Visuals account and go to the "Subscription" or "Account Settings" section. You should find a summary of your current subscription, including the start date and renewal date.
We offer small church and church plant discounts for churches under 100 members. Send us an email for more info at hello@churchvisuals.co.uk.
There are no limitations on the number of downloads per month for active subscribers. You have unlimited access to our entire library of resources throughout your subscription period.
Subscriptions for Church Visuals are paid monthly, with a minimum 12-month term. After the initial 12-month period, customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription. To cancel, simply log in to your account, go to the "Subscription" section, and follow the instructions to initiate the cancellation process.
